By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.GENERAL INFORMATION & CONSENTPatients must provide accurate information regarding their current physical condition and all prior medical history before starting therapy.It is the patient's responsibility to follow the treatment plan as recommended by the therapist.APPOINTMENTS AND PUNCTUALITYWe request patients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session.Late arrivals may result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing subsequent patients.CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULINGIf you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.Failure to show up or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a designated cancellation fee.PAYMENT AND FEESFees for each session are payable either before the start or immediately after the session.Terms for packages or long-term treatment plans involving advance payments will be determined through mutual discussion.PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTIONAll personal and health-related information of the patient will be kept strictly confidential.However, information may be shared with specialist physicians if required for legal purposes or referral treatments.RISKS AND OUTCOMESPhysiotherapy is a physical process. Depending on the type of treatment, temporary pain or discomfort may occur.Treatment outcomes depend on the patient's physical condition, adherence to exercises, and lifestyle. Therefore, a 100% cure within a specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed.PATIENT CONDUCTA quiet and respectful environment must be maintained within the center.The center management reserves the right to terminate treatment immediately in the event of any unprofessional or discourteous behavior toward therapists or staff.DISCLAIMERThe center management will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by performing incorrect exercises or methods without the therapist's advice.Note: The management reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
